Imani Cheers for England
From Thursday to Saturday 3 – 5 May, Imani Irinoy, along with her cheerleading team Lime Crush, represented England and her club – Intensity Cheer Extreme – in Orlando, Florida at the Cheerleading International Competition: the Summit. Imani’s team had to work hard to win one of the 300 places in the international portion of the Summit, winning the European finals to earn their bid to enter the international competition.
Imani said, “We all trained very hard for a long time before going and continued to train when we were there. We competed three days in a row and ended up with the accomplishment of coming eighth in the world for our division. It was an amazing experience!”
Highsted are incredibly proud of Imani and her achievements.
